Before making my fourth sculpture I wanted to go big with my previous three sculptures that I have made, by essentially making full body sculptures. But after the in class critique majority of the people enjoyed the head sculptures by themselves. After much thought I decided to continue making these wooden head sculptures because I enjoy making them and the positive feedback I have received. On this sculpture I wanted to still use my freestyle approach on constructing it. When I completed this sculpture I decided that I wood add a saw dust and wood glue mix to the sculpture to create a different texture.
